Clarence served as a physician of Youngberg Adventist Hospital from 1982 to 1989 before being promoted as the director of the hospital from 1992 to 1997. He conducted smoking cessation programs for numerous corporations which include Ministry of Health, Republic of Singapore for National Smoking Control Program, Housing Development Board and Hewlett Packard.
He's currently based in California and is the director of Weimar Institute. He returns to Singapore periodically to run the NEWSTART program that is designed to prevent and reverse disease through natural methods.
