Pik Yee graduated with a medical degree in National University of Singapore in 1991. She served as a houseman and medical officer for government hospital for three and a half years in the following posting- internal medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedic, ear, nose and throat and accident and emergency.

She left government practice in 1994 and served in the area of family practice till present. She joined Youngberg Wellness Centre since 2000 and served as director from 2000 to 2009.

Being a certified quit smoking consultant by Health Promotion Board, Pik Yee has the opportunity to conduct smoking cessation talk and training for more than 25 companies. She also conducted corporate wellness programs in the area of health screening, nutrition, exercise, weight management and stress management for numerous organizations.
